Y. S. Vivekananda Reddy was a member of the 14th Lok Sabha of India. He represented the Kadapa constituency of Andhra Pradesh. He was a member of the Indian National Congress. He was brutally stabbed to death at his residence in Pulivendula, Kadapa district in March 2019. It took a political turn when Y. S. Jaganmohan Reddy and YSR Congress Party blamed the Telugu Desam Party.
